​VapeAlong ships orders across the United Kingdom. We aim to deliver to all locations within the country, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. For customers located in our immediate local areas, we offer special delivery options which may include same-day or next-day delivery services.

Processing Time:

​All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the following business day. During peak times, such as holidays or sales events, processing may take slightly longer.

  4. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on factors beyond our control, including carrier delays.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method and destination. We occasionally offer promotions and discounted rates for shipping services, which will be indicated on our website.

Tracking Your Order:

Delivery Issues:

Signature on Delivery​:

For age-restricted products, a signature will be required upon delivery to confirm that the recipient is over the legal age for purchasing vape products in the UK. Make sure someone aged 18 or over will be at the delivery address to sign for your order.

Incorrect Address:

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct prior to completing your order. VapeAlong cannot be held responsible for misdelivered items due to incorrect address information provided at the time of order. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

At VapeAlong, we strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make the return and exchange process as straightforward as possible. This Return and Exchange Policy outlines our procedures and guidelines for returning or exchanging items purchased from us within the UK and local area.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

  1. Unopened Products: We accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. This includes all accessories and promotional items that accompanied the product.

  2. Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. We may request photographic evidence of the defect or damage.

  3. Incorrect Items: In the event that you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 30 days. We will arrange for a return and send you the correct product at no additional cost.

Non-returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened and used e-liquids

  • Coils and atomizers

  • Any items marked as final sale

Return Process​:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service Team at [insert email address] or by calling [insert phone number]. Provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

  2. Return Authorisation: We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide instructions on how to return the item.

  3. Shipping the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and a copy of your order confirmation. Write the RA number on the outside of the package. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product or incorrect item received).

  4. Tracking Your Return: We recommend using a tracked shipping method to return your item, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
 
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, we will process the exchange once we receive your returned product. If there is a price difference, we will notify you for payment or refund accordingly.

Local Area Exchanges:

For customers in our local area, we offer the option to exchange products directly at our store. Please contact us before visiting the store to ensure we have the item you wish to exchange in stock.
